Voting Analytics provides access to the proxy voting policies and records of the largest institutional investors in the U.S., with four years of vote records for over 12,000 funds in more than 100 of the top U.S. mutual fund complexes matched to five years of vote results for Russell 3000 companies' meetings. In addition, Voting Analytics includes votes as disclosed in 24 other countries including the United Kingdom.
Corporate issuers and their advisors use our Voting Analytics data to benchmark proposal success rates, assess voting trends, develop stronger proposals and provide strategic insight on institutional investors or proposal outcomes to executive management and the board.
