2008-2009 Policy Survey

Feedback from our institutional clients on emerging corporate governance policy issues is a key part of RiskMetrics' annual policy update process. For the 2008-09 update, we solicited feedback through six regional surveys specific to the United States, other American markets, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom, as well as a general international survey addressing issues affecting all markets outside the United States, as well as a survey of U.S. corporate issuers, all of whom are directly impacted by the corporate governance standards collectively set by RiskMetrics and its 1700 institutional clients.
